Service Description

One to one yoga sessions can be tailored to you. If you want to focus on a specific area of your body, or you would prefer to practice at home but need a little inspiration and some guidance to build your confidence. Maybe you are interested in relaxation and meditation in your home surroundings rather than in a group. I can work with you to find a practice to suit you.
