Service Description
Come and be guided through some relaxation techniques, some physical yoga flows and postures and a wonderful session of journaling with our experienced mindset and journaling coach Sally German. Sally has a gift for giving just the right prompts to get your pen flowing, reflecting on life and helping to bring a positive mindset. This will be a lovely introduction to journaling if you've always liked the thought of it but don't really ever know where to start. The yoga will be focused on releasing tension through movement; we all know how stress in the mind affects the body and stress in the body affects the mind, the two are not separate. Releasing physical stress can help to release mental stress and reflecting on your thoughts with journaling gives time to take stock and appreciate yourself. Whether you are new to yoga and journaling or already enjoy the benefits of either of them, you will enjoy this session and will leave feeling positive and energized.
